What you should know about Calgary Hot Yogaopen
Brand new schedule providing yoga for every body. All of our classes are all levels. As we challenge the body through poses, the mind has to connect with the body to figure out how to move our muscles in the direction we want the body to go!. These classes like "Free Flow" and "Pure Yin" are different each time, creating a greater connection of body and mind. New to CHY are non-sequenced classes. As we learn the sequence, we just know, we no longer have to think about what is coming, and with muscle memory our bodies flow through the asanas (poses) creating an atmosphere of meditation. Sequencing (meaning the class is same every time) allows the body to flow through the poses while calming the mind. At Calgary Hot Yoga we provide sequenced and non-sequenced classes. We recommend those brand new to hot yoga try out a "Hot 26" class for their first time.
